Occupational Therapist (OT)

Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Pay: $48–$56/hour
Sundance Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is looking for a PRN Occupational Therapist who values clinical autonomy, functional outcomes, and the ability to step in and make an impact with patients right away.
This role is a good fit for an OT who wants flexibility, but also wants their time in the building to be productive, organized, and clinically focused.

What you’ll be doing:
- Complete evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled OT services focused on ADLs, functional mobility, and independence
- Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical judgment
- Communicate with the care team to support safe and effective discharge planning
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation
What we’re looking for:
- Active Colorado OT license
- Experience in skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning and ability to work independently
- OT who is comfortable stepping into a PRN role and getting up to speed quickly
