We are looking for a highly skilled, well-rounded professional who can work independently, take ownership of projects, and manage crews.
Requirements:
- Must have strong hands-on experience in:
- Carpentry (finish and rough)
- Tile work
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Experience in renovation work (including houses, brownstones, apartments, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve on-site
- Ability to read plans is a plus
- Clean, organized, and professional
- Reliable and punctual
Responsibilities:
- Independently complete projects from start to finish
- Manage and run one or multiple crews as needed
- Maintain quality workmanship and proper job pace
- Communicate clearly with management
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
Additional Information:
- Work primarily in Brooklyn and Queens
- Steady work for the right candidate
- Must have own basic tools
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle
