Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, detail-oriented, and able to provide quality clinical care while supporting providers in a busy medical practice.
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- No weekends
Responsibilities
- Obtain and document patient vital signs
- Administer medications and injections
- Assist providers with patient care and procedures
- Educate patients regarding treatment plans and medications
- Coordinate referrals and follow-up care
- Communicate with pharmacies, specialists, and patients
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation
- Assist with care coordination and chronic disease management
Qualifications
- Current Oklahoma LPN License
- Clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Experience in Family Practice preferred
- EMR experience preferred
