We're excited to welcome a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to our established, privately owned, patient-centered dental practice.
This is a Monday–Thursday position with a consistent four-day workweek, offering either 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, depending on the needs of the practice and the right candidate.
Compensation: $68–$75 per hour, based on experience, plus an outstanding benefits package.
As a privately owned, solo doctor practice, we have the freedom to focus on what matters most—building lasting relationships, providing exceptional patient care, and creating a workplace where our team genuinely enjoys coming to work. Our philosophy is simple: take great care of our team, and together we take great care of our patients.
We are a close-knit team that supports one another, encourages laughter, and maintains a professional, positive, and enjoyable atmosphere. We value kindness, respect, and collaboration, and we're looking for someone who wants to become part of our dental family for years to come.
This is not a practice where you simply show up, see your patients, and head home. We take the time to get to know our patients, educate them, celebrate milestones with them, and help them achieve lifelong oral health. If you're passionate about providing personalized care and building meaningful relationships while practicing at a high clinical level, you'll fit right in.
