Business Operations Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a Business Operations Specialist to support our growing robotics business. This role will help coordinate sales contracts, order execution, production updates, logistics, warehousing, and cross-functional communication between local teams, manufacturing partners, and headquarters.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hardware or technology environment.
What You’ll Do
Track and manage sales contracts, order status, and execution follow-up.
Coordinate with manufacturing partners and headquarters on orders, production schedules, and shipment timelines.
Support logistics operations, including shipment coordination, delivery tracking, and issue escalation.
Assist with warehouse coordination, inventory movement, and goods transfer.
Collect feedback from the sales team and summarize key operational issues for internal follow-up.
Work closely with sales, operations, supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, supply chain, logistics, or order fulfillment.
Experience with smart hardware, robotics, electronics, industrial products, or other physical products is preferred.
Familiarity with import/export, customs clearance, freight forwarding, warehousing, or inventory coordination is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through.
Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
Comfortable working with global teams across time zones.
Interest in robotics or advanced technology.
Must be legally authorized to work locally without employer sponsorship.
