Futures Recovery Healthcare is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to serve as our Marketing & Community Coordinator. This role supports both internal operations and external community engagement by assisting in the planning and execution of on-site and off-site events, providing on‑site social media content support, and helping create a welcoming and organized environment for all Futures-related programming. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a dynamic, client-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities
Patient & Family Engagement

Act as facility tour lead for prospective clients, families, and referral sources with professionalism and warmth.

Work with MetaVida Administrator on internal and external awareness of service options

Maintain up-to-date community announcements on noticeboards and television monitors

Support the planning, setup, and execution of onsite events for patients, referents, and staff.

Assist with execution for Futures interdepartmental related events, including alumni events, Family Forum events, and outreach related events.

Represent Futures at offsite community events, assisting with staging and support.

Oversee Client Holiday Committee planning and budget.

Maintain on-site inventory of Outreach collateral and distribute at the direction of the Marketing & Events Manager.

Create organic, day-of content several times per week that highlights patient activities, staff engagement, alumni involvement, and the overall Futures environment.

Provide design support for client engagement platforms, presentations, and informational materials.

Capture offsite photos and videos during Outreach and Community events.

Organize and deliver captured content to the Marketing & Events Manager for review and posting.

Ensure all content aligns with brand standards, messaging guidelines, and privacy requirements.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree
-
2+ years in Communications & Marketing, Hospitality, or Events role.

Prior knowledge/experience in behavioral healthcare preferred.

Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends with prior notice.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with social media and design platforms.
Physical Demands
This role requires the ability to perform work in both office and on-site property environments, with frequent travel to assigned locations.

Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment weighing up to approximately 25–40 pounds as part of event related activities

Frequent mobility required, including the ability to navigate stairs, walkways, and outdoor areas;

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with extended hours during peak operational periods, which may include evenings, weekends, and events

Ability to communicate effectively in person, verbally and in writing in a variety of environments,

Regular use of standard office equipment and technology, including laptops and mobile devices, in both office and on-site settings
