Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant

Position Overview:
Tru by Hilton in Alcoa, TN is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. This role is essential in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. If you take pride in your work and enjoy staying active, this could be a great fit.
Schedule:
- Flexible scheduling required, including weekends and holidays as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish room amenities
- Clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all assigned areas
- Ensure rooms are properly stocked and ready for guest arrival
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns
- Maintain cleanliness of hallways, storage areas, and common spaces
- Follow all hotel safety and cleanliness protocols
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required (we are willing to train)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weight (linens, carts, etc.)
