We’re looking for a Full-Time Front Line Receptionist / Inside Sales to be the friendly voice our customers rely on.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer all inbound calls to support both existing and future customers
- Schedule service appointments and relay accurate information to our technicians
- Provide top-notch support with a positive attitude
- Be a key part of a team that’s passionate about helping people and solving problems
- Screen calls and forward information to the appropriate office personnel
- Perform outgoing follow-up sales calls
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, dependable, and great with people
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related trades is preferred
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
- Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Bilingual in Spanish & English
