We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Janitorial Operations Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of 12 commercial client accounts (including education, medical, manufacturing, and Class A spaces) in the Winston-Salem area. In this high-visibility, dynamic role, you’ll serve as the primary leader managing operations, driving customer satisfaction, mentoring Operations Supervisors, and supporting a team of 35–40 dedicated employees.

- Location / Work Type: On-Site & Local Field Management | 2325 S. Stratford Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27103 (Local travel only; all sites within 30 minutes of the branch)
- Schedule: Full-Time Salaried (approx. 45+ hours/week). Flexible schedule balancing daytime hours (e.g., 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) with 1–2 late afternoons/evenings per week (e.g., 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM) to engage night teams (no late-night shifts; sites close by 8:30–9:00 PM)
- Requirements: 2+ years of management/supervisory experience, proven customer relationship skills, strong computer literacy (scheduling, time tracking, ordering), and a valid driver's license

What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities
You will lead employee teams, partner directly with clients, and ensure high operational quality across commercial, educational, and medical facilities.
- Portfolio Leadership: Act as the primary leader and Facilities Operations Manager for client accounts, delivering top-tier customer service and building strong client partnerships.
- Team Development & Mentorship: Direct and mentor operational supervisors and frontline employees; conduct quality inspections and provide constructive feedback and training.
- Administrative & Tech Operations: Oversee scheduling, daily digital timesheets, and supply ordering across your accounts using modern software tools (Dayforce & Coupa).
- Operations & Quality Control: Perform regular site visits to audit quality, improve safety standards, and ensure client expectations are consistently met.
What You Bring To The Team
- Proven supervisory or management experience in service, operations, or customer-facing environments.
- Prior experience as a Cleaning Operations Manager, account manager, or supervisory lead in janitorial or facility management is preferred (internal candidates and stepping-stone account managers welcome!).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for building positive relationships with employees and clients.
- Comfortable using technology for scheduling, payroll auditing, and inventory tracking.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation suitable for local travel.
