Overview : This is for two different positions.
POSITION 1: Warehouse and Customer Service Team Member.
1. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative/warehouse team member to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues promptly will contribute significantly to our customer satisfaction and retention. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping others to include shipping and handling. EVENING SHIFT-1-7 PM M-F ( 30 hours a week after 90 days probation 33 hours max a week, part time position)
2. SECOND POSITION: WAREHOUSE/SHIPPING AND RECEIVING TEAM MEMBER:
Warehouse experience and background is preferred but is willing to train the right candidate. This person role is : full mainatenance and operation of the warehouse to include, but not limited to: daily shipping, packing, receiving, cleaning, stacking, daily/weekly inventory and ordering update. Tracking shipments, communicating with the vendors about status of orders as needed. Making sure all products are label accordingly.
SHIFT FOR WAREHOUSE/SHIPPING TEAM MEMBER IS: MORNING SHIFT 0900am-3:00PM, M-F with occasional weekends.
( 30 hours a week after 90 days probation 33 hours max a week, part time position)
Must be able to lift 10-20lbs . INTERVIEWS ARE USUALLY ONLY CONDUCTED ON MONDAYS AND TUESDAYS FROM : 12:30PM- 3:00PM. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY WITH ANY CRIMINAL OR DRUG BACKGROUND AS BACKGROUND CHECKS ARE A REQUIREMENT FOR THIS JOB THANKS. AFTER 90 DAYS OF PROBATION PAY WILL INCREASE TO $17/HOUR. Available Shifts : 09am- 3:00 Pm WAREHOUSE /SHIPPER and 1:00pm - 7:00pm Warehouse /Customer Service Team Member
Responsibilities:.
- Shipping and packing customer orders daily.
- Stocking/cleaning the warehouse
- Receiving and checking in orders.
- Inventory supplies and updates of products quantities in database
- Updating and follow-up on Purchase orders.
Experience
- Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to detail is essential.
- Strong computer skills are required, including the ability to navigate various software applications efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with customers.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are crucial for success in this role.
