Core Duties-
Evaluate and refine current production methods to boost output and lower operational expenses.

Develop and integrate innovative technologies and workflows to achieve production targets.

Work alongside diverse departments to pinpoint operational bottlenecks and create effective remedies.

Execute testing and pilot programs to verify procedural updates and maintain detailed records.

Track key performance indicators and deliver consistent updates to leadership.

Help maintain a safe and high-quality working environment by ensuring all operations meet established standards.

Offer technical guidance and instruction to the production team regarding updated equipment and procedures.
Required Background-
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum of two years working in process engineering or a comparable manufacturing capacity.

Exceptional critical thinking and analytical capabilities with a focus on precision.

Skilled in utilizing data analysis software and process simulation programs.

Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities to effectively partner with various internal teams.

Familiarity with Six Sigma techniques and Lean Manufacturing concepts is advantageous.
