The Role: What You'll Do
We are looking for results-driven communication rockstars to join our inside sales team. In this role, you won't be closing the final deal—your mission is to build excitement, handle objections, and secure qualified in-home consultations for our field sales professionals.
- Own the Phone: Handle a high volume of inbound inquiries from interested homeowners and execute strategic outbound call cadences to warm leads (website inquiries, lead providers, and marketing forms).
- Set the Stage: Qualify homeowners by identifying their remodeling needs and ensuring all decision-makers are present for the consultation.
- Re-engage: Conduct outbound outreach to our existing database, past contacts, and prior inquiries to rekindle interest.
- Track Your Wins: Maintain meticulous, up-to-date records of customer interactions, appointment statuses, and lead stages in our internal CRM software.
- Crush Your Goals: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for outbound activity and confirmed appointment conversions.
Who You Are
- An Elite Communicator: You possess exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills. You can read a customer’s tone and pivot the conversation naturally.
