Duties
- Greet patients, visitors, and staff with warmth and professionalism, creating a friendly environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, including waiting rooms and patient lounges.
- Provide support with basic hospitality services such as delivering meals or supplies to designated areas.
- Respond promptly to requests for assistance from patients or staff, ensuring needs are met efficiently.
- Support infection control protocols by adhering to safety guidelines during interactions and cleaning routines.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure smooth daily operations and enhance patient comfort.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in healthcare support is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift light loads for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude towards patient care.
