Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Receive and review online orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness before processing
- Utilize the order management systems to track inventory levels and order statuses
- Assist in inventory management tasks, including stock counts, replenishment, and cycle counting
- Monitor order fulfillment processes, identify bottlenecks, and suggest process improvements
- Maintain detailed records of shipping & receiving activities, including documentation for freight and 3PL providers
Skills
- Experience in inventory control, demand planning, and warehouse distribution processes
- Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures, packaging standards, and materials handling techniques
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order picking, packing, and category management
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external carriers
