Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Tire & Wheel Sales Representative / Service Advisor to join our fast-paced tire and automotive service team.
This position combines sales, customer service, and automotive service advising. The ideal candidate will assist customers with selecting the right tires, wheels, and services for their vehicle while working closely with our technicians to understand vehicle inspection findings and communicate appropriate service recommendations to customers.
A key part of this position is building a strong working relationship with the technicians. Our technicians inspect the vehicles and identify needed or recommended repairs and services. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with both customers and technicians and understand that teamwork between the sales counter and the shop is essential to providing excellent service and creating a positive customer experience.
