We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Team Lead to oversee and coordinate outdoor landscaping projects, ensuring high-quality grounds maintenance and landscape enhancements. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of landscaping professionals, ensuring efficient task execution and high standards of quality.
- Coordinate and oversee landscape maintenance tasks including lawn care, planting, pruning, and grounds upkeep.
- Operate company vehicles and landscaping equipment safely to transport materials and perform site work.
- Identify plants accurately to guide planting strategies and maintain healthy landscapes; perform horticultural assessments regularly.
- Oversee safety protocols on-site, ensuring all team members adhere to safety guidelines during outdoor work activities.
- Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute construction projects efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage crew schedules, assign tasks effectively, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance and maintenance.
Skills
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, and horticulture practices.
- Strong supervising experience with the ability to lead teams confidently in outdoor environments.
- Skilled in operating grounds maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
- Construction experience related to hardscape installation or landscape development is highly desirable.
- Excellent plant identification skills coupled with an understanding of grounds management best practices.
- Ability to operate company vehicles responsibly; valid driver’s license required.

- Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions with a focus on safety and quality outcomes.
