Tabor Hill Winery & Restaurant is seeking energetic, polished, and hospitality-focused Bussers to support our Front of House team and help deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Bussers play an important role in maintaining the pace, cleanliness, and presentation of our dining room. This position works closely with Servers, Food Runners, Hosts, and restaurant leadership to ensure tables are cleared, reset, and prepared quickly while anticipating the needs of both guests and the service team.
- Clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables efficiently between guests.
- Maintain clean and polished dining room, service stations, and guest areas.
- Assist Servers with water service, table maintenance, and guest needs.
- Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils throughout service.
- Ensure tables are properly set according to Tabor Hill service standards.
- Support Food Runners and Servers during high-volume periods.
- Communicate table status and guest needs to the appropriate team members.
- Stock and maintain service stations throughout the shift.
- Assist with opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities.
- Deliver friendly, professional, and attentive hospitality to every guest.
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail.
- Interest in food, wine, and hospitality is a plus.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to frequently bend, reach, carry, and lift.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to safely carry trays, dishes, glassware, and restaurant supplies.
