About the Role
TIA School of Allied Health is seeking an experienced Career Services Manager to oversee graduate job placement efforts for our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Medical Assistant (MA) programs. This role is responsible for high-volume student follow-ups, employer coordination, and accurate placement documentation required for ACCET compliance.
This is a results-driven, on-site position for a professional who is organized, persistent, and comfortable managing placement outcomes for 100+ graduates per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consistent follow-ups with 100+ CNA and MA graduates per month to determine employment status and job-search intent.
- Assist CNA graduates with placement into nursing homes, long-term care facilities, and rehabilitation centers.
- Assist Medical Assistant graduates with placement into hospitals, physician offices, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
- Document student employment outcomes, including:
- Verified job placement details (employer name, start date, job title, hours)
- Written confirmation from students not currently seeking employment, as required for ACCET compliance.
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready placement records and outcome reports.
- Communicate professionally with employers to verify employment and placement status.
- Track all outreach, responses, and documentation using spreadsheets or internal tracking systems.
- Follow up persistently with non-responsive students to ensure compliance requirements are met.
- Work closely with school administration to meet institutional placement and reporting standards.
Work Schedule & Locations
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Occasional Saturdays may be required for follow up
Qualifications (Required)
- Prior experience in career services, workforce placement, staffing, recruiting, or employment coordination
- Comfortable managing high-volume follow-ups and documentation
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to compliance details
- Experience tracking outcomes using spreadsheets, CRMs, or student management systems
- Professional communication skills for working with students and healthcare employers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in education, healthcare training, or workforce development
- Familiarity with ACCET or BPSS reporting requirements
- Experience verifying employment outcomes or placement data
Compensation
$52,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience
