EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a closely related field required; Masters degree preferred. A minimum of five (5) years of progressive work experience in Human Resources/human capital management or education some of which has been in a large organization.Experience with implementing Human Resources processes in educational settings or employment procedures preferred.?Previous experience in education, specifically in a K-12 environment, preferred.
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
SHRM or PHR certification preferred.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
May oversee the work of assigned unit staff.
