We are not looking for the cheapest help. We are looking for STAR cleaners who take pride in their work and want to be paid well for being great at it.
What the job is. You clean homes in and around Jefferson City and deliver a 5 star experience every time. The whole job comes down to four standards:
- Show up 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment.
- Greet the client with a smile.
- Remove dirt by following the checklist.
- Make sure the client is happy with a final walkthrough.
Do those four things every time and you will make any client a raving fan.
How the pay works. You earn a percentage of every clean you complete. This is called STAR Pay. It rewards efficiency and reliability instead of just clocking hours, which is why our best cleaners earn more than they would hourly anywhere else in town.
The pay stacks the more reliable you are:
- Perfect attendance. Show up for every scheduled shift in a week with no absences and your share goes up for that week.
- Hit attendance milestones over time and your baseline share goes up again.
- Google review bonus. Every time a client leaves a 5 star Google review that mentions you by name, you earn $10.
- Gas card and priority status. Reach our review and attendance milestones and you earn a gas card, then a guaranteed minimum paycheck as a priority cleaner. Priority cleaners are the ones clients trust and the schedule is built around.
