Requirements:

Must have professional cooking experience with strong knife skills, knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards. Candidates should be able to work independently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining high quality and consistency.

Having experience as prep cookline cook and must be ok with cross training where needed
- cooking style will vary from American comfort such as burgersFries to Asian ,Latin or Cajun cooking. Understanding of flavors and spices would be great but we can also teach those that are willing to learn. ( Basic cooking skills is a must)
