Victory Clinic specializes in helping people heal from Treatment Resistant Depression. We are a TMS and SPRAVATO REMS certified treatment center in Junction City, KS.
TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation) and SPRAVATO (nasal esketamine) are both safe, effective, and FDA approved treatments for Treatment Resistant Depression (TRD). We have locations in Manhattan, Junction City, Dodge City, and Lansing/Leavenworth, KS.

Registered Nurse (RN) Job Purpose:
Do you enjoy patient-centered work and being an important part of someone’s healing journey? We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented nurse to be an important part of our caring healthcare team.
As a Victory Clinic nurse, you will train to give and monitor both TMS and SPRAVATO treatments. TMS system training and certification and SPRAVATO training and certification will be provided.
The ideal candidate will be both professional and positive, have experience in both nursing and customer service, be a fast learner, have excellent communication skills, and be an excellent problem solver.

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)
Job Classification: Hourly, Full-time (range of 32 to 40 hours a week)
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime shifts (no weekends, no holidays)
Reporting Relationship: Nurse Manager
Location: On-Site at Victory Clinic in Junction City, KS
Primary Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide patient care for patients receiving TMS and SPRAVATO Treatments
- Monitor patient vitals
- Administer depression and anxiety screening tools
- Keep medical record up to date
- Complete new patient intakes and assist provider with new patient consults and follow-up appointments
- Obtain referrals for patient care and complete insurance prior authorizations
- Keep medication logs up to date and reorder medications as needed
- Comply with all SPRAVATO REMS Certification policies and procedures, and assist with audits
- Communicate with patients and encourage them in their treatment plan (in person, by phone and HIPAA compliant text and email)
- Assist with the front office as needed (checking patients in and out, collecting copays and answering the phone)
Qualifications
- Registered nurse licensed in Kansas (BSN preferred, LPN/LVN considered)
- Customer service, hospitality, or spa industry experience is a plus
- TMS and SPRAVATO experience is not required, as training is specific to Victory Clinic’s TMS system and SPRAVATO REMS policies and protocols.
- Skill set: teamwork, strong communication skills, ability to multitask, organizational ability, comfort with hands on patient care, and physical fitness sufficient to operate TMS system.
- Values: patient-centered care, confidentiality, compassion, positive and nonjudgmental attitude, calm demeanor, work ethic, professionalism, and comfort level with caring for patients who have mental health disorders and have experienced trauma.
- Certifications: BLS, seizure first aid training, and TMS system training, provided by Victory Clinic, must be satisfactorily completed within three (3) months of starting date.

IMPORTANT: the TMS system is a heavy magnet (similar to an MRI) and people with certain conditions (such as pacemaker or pregnancy) would not be advised to work around the system. Applicant must be able to perform essential job functions, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
