NearMe Cleaning Service LLC is seeking dependable, experienced residential cleaning professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional service. We are a locally owned company proudly serving St. Lucie, Martin, and Palm Beach Counties for over 16 years.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of professional residential cleaning experience
* Reliable vehicle
* Valid Florida driver’s license
* Ability to pass a criminal background check
* Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic
* Professional, dependable, and punctual
* Excellent references
What We Offer
* W-2 employment (not 1099)
* Paid working interview at $18/hour
* Paid training at $18-20/hour
* $21–$25+ per hour once working independently, based on experience and performance
* Paid drive time

Schedule
* Full-time and part-time positions available
* Monday through Friday
* Some weekends may be required
Performance Expectations
This is a fast-paced position. Team members are expected to consistently complete a minimum of two average-sized residential homes per workday while maintaining our quality standards and attention to detail. If you prefer a slower-paced work environment, this position may not be the right fit.
