We are hiring part-time Team Members for our Cold Stone Creamery / Wetzel’s Pretzels combo store.
This is a fast-paced customer service role where team members may support both Cold Stone Creamery and Wetzel’s Pretzels operations. Responsibilities include serving customers, preparing products, taking orders, working the register, keeping the store clean, restocking supplies, and supporting daily store operations.
We are looking for reliable, friendly, and hardworking team members who can provide great customer service and work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and operate the POS/register
- Prepare Cold Stone and Wetzel’s products according to store standards
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Assist with opening, closing, prep, and restocking as needed
- Work as part of a team during busy hours
- Support both Cold Stone Creamery and Wetzel’s Pretzels operations as needed
Requirements
- Part-time availability
- Evening and weekend availability preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn both Cold Stone and Wetzel’s operations
- Food service, restaurant, café, or retail experience is a plus, but not required

- Weekday and weekend shifts available
- Evening and weekend availability strongly preferred
