Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas
- Utilize janitorial supplies and equipment effectively to ensure high standards of cleanliness
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping and mopping to maintain pristine surfaces
- Handle industrial cleaning tasks as needed, including specialized cleaning procedures for high-traffic or heavy-duty areas
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or safety hazards promptly
- Maintain cleanliness logs and complete shift reports to ensure accountability and consistency in service delivery
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safety protocols
- Familiarity with custodial tasks such as trash removal, restroom sanitation, and surface disinfecting
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices and facilities maintenance standards
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
