Duties

- Process transactions accurately using cash handling and cashiering procedures, including cash management and basic math calculations
- Handle retail sales transactions efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy in cash handling and register operations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure a positive shopping environment
- Assist with loan processing or financial services-related inquiries when applicable, ensuring compliance with company policies
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments
- Strong knowledge of banking or financial services is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to actively listen and respond effectively
- Basic math skills including retail math, cash handling, and 10 key typing proficiency for accurate transaction processing
- Familiarity with financial software systems used for sales or loan processing
- Ability to perform cashiering duties accurately while managing cash flow and ensuring security protocols are followed
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also independently managing responsibilities
