About the Role
Yangtze Railroad Materials is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support office operations, order processing, and HR administration. This role covers a broad mix of responsibilities and offers exposure to multiple sides of the business — logistics, hiring, and day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Support order processing, purchase orders, quotes/RFQs, and vendor coordination
- Handle day-to-day office administration: scheduling, correspondence, filing, records
- Assist with HR paperwork — onboarding documents, candidate coordination
- Learn internal documentation systems and business processes
- Take on additional operational or HR responsibilities as capability develops
Qualifications
- Associate's or bachelor's degree from a college or community college, OR 3 years of administrative-related work experience
- Proficient in office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Punctual and reliable attendance
- Strong judgment, reliability, and follow-through
- Organized, detail-oriented, good written communication
- Comfortable managing varied responsibilities and shifting priorities
- Interest in taking on more responsibility over time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
