Responsibilities
- Perform water damage restoration, fire damage cleanup, mold remediation..
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for demolition, cleaning, and repair tasks.
- Operate equipment such as extractors, air movers, dehumidifiers, and other restoration machinery.
- Conduct cleaning procedures including carpet cleaning and surface sanitation.
- Assist in construction-related tasks for property repair and reconstruction projects.
- Follow safety protocols and industry standards during all mitigation activities.
- Document work performed and communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, restoration, or mitigation industries preferred.
- Knowledge of fire restoration, water damage restoration, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and related procedures.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction techniques used in property restoration.
- Ability to operate specialized equipment such as carpet cleaners and mitigation machinery.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in assessing damages and executing repairs.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various environmental conditions.
