Minimum Requirements
- Positive and professional attitude
- Reliable truck or van
- Valid driver’s license
- Current proof of vehicle insurance
- Cell phone
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Clean background check (No felony convictions)
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Willingness to travel throughout the service area
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
- 1–2 years of experience preferred; training available for qualified candidates
Job Responsibilities
- Safely use ladders and installation tools
- Install, connect, troubleshoot, and repair fiber internet equipment
- Set up and configure modem/router equipment inside customer homes or businesses
- Educate customers on equipment operation, internet access, and mobile app usage
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain professionalism while representing the company in the field
