DIAMODBACK REDI-MIX is seeking dependable, safety-focused Ready Mix Drivers to join our growing union workforce. As a Ready Mix Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of concrete products to commercial, industrial, and residential job sites while providing outstanding customer service and maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a ready-mix concrete truck in compliance with all DOT, company, and union regulations.
- Deliver concrete to customer job sites accurately and on schedule.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required documentation.
- Maintain communication with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers.
- Ensure proper handling and discharge of concrete at delivery locations.
- Keep trucks clean and report maintenance issues promptly.
- Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL Class A or B license with a clean driving record.
- Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT physical card).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and occasional weekends.
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with vehicle inspections and job-site deliveries.
- Ready-mix experience preferred but not required; training available for qualified candidates.
