Duties
- Build relationships with prospective customers through face-to-face outreach, territory management, and proactive lead generation to uncover new sales opportunities.
- Meet with customers to demonstrate wireless products and services, answer questions, and recommend solutions that fit their needs.
- Support existing customers by managing wireless accounts, resolving concerns, recommending additional services, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Guide customers through the sales process, address objections, and close sales while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
- Work closely with leadership to execute sales initiatives, identify growth opportunities, and expand market presence within assigned territories.
Skills
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or any client-facing position is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task under pressure
- Willingness to work in flexible schedules
- Drive and motivation to meet weekly and monthly sales goals
- Reliable transportation is a plus

Pay: $49,367.60 - $59,453.45 per year
