Job Summary
The Customer Services & Operations Assistant supports daily branch operations by coordinating employee assignments, communicating with customers, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. This position plays a key role in keeping the office organized, assisting employees with scheduling and payroll questions, and helping provide excellent customer service to our clients. Duties
- Assist with customer communication regarding staffing needs, scheduling updates, and service inquiries
- Coordinate daily employee dispatch by confirming availability and job details
- Support recruiting and onboarding processes including applications, paperwork, and orientations
- Review and enter employee timecards to support accurate payroll processing
- Provide front office support including answering phones, data entry, filing, and document management
- Help manage timekeeping systems, pay cards, office supplies, and new-hire documents
- Assist employees with questions related to schedules, pay discrepancies, and job assignments
- Participate in improving administrative processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
Skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ability to learn new systems (TempWorks a plus)
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required

Pay: $62,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
