Job Description

As a Caregiver/Resident Assistant, you will assist residents with daily living activities while helping create a safe, comfortable, and positive atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Assist with meals and hydration
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Complete required documentation
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Follow facility policies and state regulations
Qualifications
- Caring and compassionate attitude
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred but not required
- CNA or CMA certification is a plus
