Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs.
- IV Skills a must
- Utilize our custom EMR/EHR system to accurately document patient information, treatment plans, and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulation.
- Support patients with compassionate care and health coaching.
Experience
- Proven clinical experience in diverse settings.
- Strong background working with electronic health records (EHR)
- Experience providing specialized nursing services.
- Knowledge of working with individuals with disabilities or developmental delays
- Prior experience in home & community care environments including home health nursing or travel nursing assignments is advantageous.
