Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced MRI Technologist with specialized expertise in Siemens MAGNETOM Sola systems. Under the direction of the Director of Radiology, you will independently perform advanced MRI procedures with minimal supervision. This role requires strong technical skill, detailed knowledge of MRI safety, and excellent judgment.
Important: Only candidates with verified Siemens MAGNETOM Sola experience will be considered. Do not submit candidates without this specific expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Perform MRI procedures following established protocols and safety standards
- Operate Siemens MAGNETOM Sola MRI equipment with expert-level proficiency
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging
- Assist physicians with image-guided procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation and imaging records
- Adhere strictly to MRI safety policies
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and technologists to provide high-quality patient care
Submission Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an MRI Technologist in a hospital setting – Required
- Expert-level experience with Siemens MAGNETOM Sola MRI system – Required
- Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology – Required
- Venipuncture certification or willingness to obtain – Required
- Experience with Toshiba MRI systems and Cerner EMR – Preferred
- Prior travel/contract experience – Preferred
Certification Requirements:
- ARRT Certification – Required
- BLS Certification from the American Heart Association – Required
