The Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. The Office Manager is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, and task delegation.
Duties and Responsibilities
Perform General Office Duties in the following ways:
· Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate department.
· Maintain customer files.
· Maintain production forms and safety forms.
· Manage office supply levels.
Perform Logistics Duties in the following ways:
· Manage shipping calendar by scheduling outbound loads.
· Negotiate rates and track performance of carriers.
· Schedule loads with individual carriers and prepare shipping documents.
· Ensure documents are correct and forward to accounting.
Perform Production/Inventory Duties in the following ways:
· Maintain tracking sheets for production and inventory. Reconcile and update inventory weekly. Maintain adequate supplies of health and safety forms and production forms.
· Track and record raw inventory receipts.
Maintain digital customer files. Track customer orders to ensure materials are delivered as per customers’ criteria
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
