Your Job Duties!
- Deliver skilled nursing care to residents during overnight hours
- Assess and monitor resident health, flagging concerns early
- Administer medications and carry out treatment plans accurately
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation for each resident
- Communicate effectively with oncoming staff during shift transitions
