Tuway is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work directly with our Customer Care Manager. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and knowledgeable with the computer programs Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Be flexible, able to work independently and detailed oriented. Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
Job responsibilities included, but not limited to:
- Shipping and invoicing.
- Freight rating.
- Issuing credits.
- Order Entry
- Answering the phones and speaking with customers.
- Filing
- Misc. other duties as needed.
This job is Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00pm. Overtime when needed. Serious inquiries only. No phone calls, please.
