Job Overview
Day time work for small manufacturing company - 8 hours per day/ 4 day work weeks - first raise in 4 weeks
Must have skills * read a tape measure * knowledge and ability to use various hand and power tools and equipment * Run a circular saws.* ability to follow verbal and written work order instructions* ability to read blueprints and read tape measure accurately to the nearest 1/16 * ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds * Keep clean workstation * work wearing safety glasses and boots for the entire shift* Come to work prompt and on time to get pay increase after 30 days. Bonuses and benefits are available after 6 months.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the assembly of products according to schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify component dimensions
- Operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering irons, and fabrication tools safely and effectively
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate assembly
- Support machining, fabrication, and welding tasks as needed to meet production requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the warehouse or manufacturing area
- Use forklifts or other warehouse equipment to transport materials safely when necessary
Experience
- Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with mechanical knowledge, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation is advantageous
- Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers is a plus
- Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, welding, soldering, and fabrication techniques is desirable
- Ability to operate forklifts or similar warehouse equipment is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control and safety standards
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
