Job Overview
Suffolk County company seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Services Supervisor to assist the AS Manager with the department’s daily operations. Assist with managing Quote-to-Order process, team workload, support order management activities, and collaborate with Sales and other internal departments to provide exceptional customer service.
The Account Services Supervisor is responsible for monitoring the performance of the Account Service Representative team, and ensuring the teams efficiency in processing customer quotes and orders.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise daily quote to order process.
- Monitor employee productivity, attendance, and quality of work.
- Distribute workload among the team, including coverage strategy for rep’s PTO.
- Serve as a resource for team members by providing guidance and support on customer and order-related matters.
- Track open orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate customer and order information within the ERP system.
- Assist with onboarding and ongoing training to ensure employees understand company processes and customer service expectations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Production, Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, and Quality to resolve customer issues and ensure order accuracy.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Previous supervisory experience required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, account services or order management within a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Team building skills a must
- Cross functional collaboration
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
