We are in need of CNAs or certified caregivers (PCA all three parts must be completed and provided) to help us on a home care case in Decatur.
Bi Weekly Pay
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 12PM-8PM (8 HOUR SHIFT)
- Every other weekend 11AM-8PM (9 HOUR SHIFT)

- Please note: all 3 PCA exam components must already be completed before consideration and documentation must be provided. Open to having 2 and 3 done under nurse supervision.

Duties:
Provide personal care to patients in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
-Assist with mobility and transfers, including lifting and positioning patients as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and organizing the patient's living space.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
PPE's are supplied as needed.
Requirements Include:
- Valid certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant or Home Health Aide or completion of a state-approved training program.
-Drivers license
- Social Security Card
- Negative TB Test(2 Years)
-Current CPR/First Aid
-Background through Fingerprinting or State Issued
-Reliable Transportation
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medical procedures.
- Ability to lift and move patients safely, following proper body mechanics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact compassionately with patients of all ages.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate documentation of patient care.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and work independently or as part of a team.
