Knight Security is actively seeking entry-level Security Guards in the New Rochelle, NY area (or willing to travel to New Rochelle).
Shift will be determined as:
Overnight 12:00am - 8:00am, Daytime 8:00am - 4:00pm OR Evening 4:00pm - 12:00am
Open/Flexible Availability is preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence
- Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property
- Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area
- Secure all exits, doors and windows after end of operations
- Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts
- Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions
- Provide assistance to people in need
- Apprehend and detain perpetrators according to legal protocol before arrival of authorities
- Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences
- Maintain company's highest professional standards
Ideal candidates will:
- MUST Possess a valid NYS Security License
- MUST Speak fluent English -- Bi-lingual accepted
- MUST be able to stand for long period of time -- Minimum 8 hours
- MUST be dependable and punctual -- Consistent with showing up to shifts 10-15 minutes early.

Pay: $19.00 per hour
