Compensation Range: $35 - 38 per hour
Are you ready to drive cross-functional execution and shape creative workflows for a Fortune 500 manufacturing leader? This strategic opportunity empowers a detail-driven professional to serve as a consultative partner, orchestrating end-to-end creative operations across high-impact omnichannel initiatives. You will bridge the gap between marketing stakeholders and creative execution, elevating business impact in a dynamic, high-visibility environment.
Must be onsite in Toledo, OH 4x a week.
Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate end-to-end creative project workflows-from intake through final delivery-to ensure on-time execution of high-impact marketing assets.
- Partner consultatively with marketing stakeholders to define campaign scope, align resource allocations, and optimize cross-functional approval timelines.
- Facilitate multi-disciplinary project reviews and status alignments to resolve operational bottlenecks and drive cross-functional synergies.
- Maintain real-time operational visibility and reporting across project management systems to uphold brand standards and production quality control.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of project management or creative operations experience within an agency or corporate environment.
- Proven expertise utilizing project management platforms (e.g., Workfront) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated track record of coordinating complex print, digital, and collateral production workflows simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience) with exceptional cross-functional communication skills.
