Responsibilities
- Earn $27.00/HR | Paid Weekly | OT After 40 Hours
- Home Daily | Monday-Friday | Overtime Available
- Work Monday-Friday with a 5:30 AM start, averaging 8-9 hour shifts.
- Operate a Straight Truck with either a Flatbed or Box Truck configuration for local deliveries.
- Deliver building materials safely and efficiently to customer locations.
- Perform touch freight by assisting with unloading using a forklift or hand unload methods, depending on the delivery.
- Secure loads using proper strapping techniques, assist with loading trucks each morning, and complete pre-trip/post-trip inspections while maintaining DOT compliance.
- Provide excellent customer service while ensuring safe, accurate, and on-time deliveries.
Requirements
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL required.
- Minimum 24 months of verifiable CDL driving experience.
- Must be at least 23 years old.
- Experience operating a flatbed or box truck preferred.
- Forklift experience is a plus and willingness to assist with loading trucks each morning is required.
- Comfortable performing touch freight, hand unloading building materials, and securing loads with straps.
- Strong safety record, dependable attendance, and excellent customer service skills.
- Must pass a DOT Physical, Drug Screen, Background Check, and MVR Review.
