Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that meet their needs
- Promote and upsell products or financial services to enhance customer satisfaction and store revenue
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and cash management duties
- Process sales transactions efficiently using retail and financial software systems
- Perform basic math calculations for transactions, discounts, and returns using retail math skills and 10 key typing proficiency
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding customers through loan processing or banking inquiries when applicable
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and ensure product displays are appealing and stocked
Requirements
- Prior experience in retail sales, banking, or financial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and familiarity with retail math concepts
- Ability to operate financial software and perform 10 key typing accurately under pressure
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and cash management best practices
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or financial software is a plus
