Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Work in the Office and Assigned Locations.
- Understand client needs and recommend customized solutions.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop business growth strategies.
- Participate in ongoing sales, leadership, and professional development training.
- Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
Qualifications
- Sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
