Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultations: Conduct virtual meetings via phone or video conferencing to assess clients' financial protection needs and goals.
- Financial Protection Planning: Utilize company-provided training and resources to recommend appropriate financial solutions tailored to each client's situation.
- Application Processing & Client Support: Accurately complete applications, maintain client records, and provide ongoing support through our digital platform.
- Professional Development: Participate in regular training sessions, coaching programs, and team development activities to enhance industry knowledge and business skills.

Requirements
- Ability to pass a standard background check.
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Current state Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain one with company guidance and support.
- Reliable computer with high-speed internet access.
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
Compensation Structure
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Compensation is derived from commissions, bonuses, and performance-based incentives. Earnings are not guaranteed and will vary based on individual effort, production, and business results.
