Body Shop Estimator – Champion Chevrolet- Howell
A large and growing Michigan automotive company with 7 locations is currently looking for a motivated, professional, and customer focused individual to join our team as a Full Time Body Shop Estimator at our Howell Chevy location.
We are a fast paced collision center offering long term stability, growth opportunities, great benefits, and a strong team atmosphere. We are looking for someone who takes pride in customer service, works well with others, and wants to grow with a company that is continuing to expand.
Previous experience as a Body Shop Estimator, Collision Center Assistant Manager, or related collision repair role is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assess and inspect vehicle damage accurately
- Write and manage repair estimates
- Communicate with customers throughout the repair process
- Answer phones and assist walk in customers professionally
- Work directly with insurance companies and adjusters
- Coordinate with technicians and production staff to ensure smooth workflow
- Manage supplements and estimate revisions as needed
- Maintain strong customer service and follow up practices
- Help maintain an organized, positive, team oriented work environment
Qualifications
- Previous collision estimating experience preferred
- Experience with CCCONE required
- Mitchell experience is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Hard working and dependable
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Team oriented mindset with willingness to learn and grow
