Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and dedicated Janitor / Cleaning Staff to join our dynamic facilities maintenance team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, windows, restrooms, offices, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Conduct routine floor care including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance
- Handle industrial cleaning tasks such as deep cleaning of carpets, upholstery, and specialized surfaces as needed
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks like minor repairs, trash removal, and replenishing supplies to support overall cleanliness
- Ensure all cleaning procedures comply with safety standards and company policies
- Use commercial cleaning equipment efficiently and safely to maximize productivity
- Support special projects such as residential painting or deep-clean initiatives when required
Requirements
- Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and safety protocols
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize daily tasks effectively
- Prior experience in facilities maintenance or porter roles is a plus
