We are seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced retail store. This role ensures all aspects of the store run smoothly, including customer service, inventory control, and sales. You will foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers while supporting and developing a productive team. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role is integral to achieving operational excellence and providing an exceptional shopping experience.

Compensation:
$17 hourly
Responsibilities:-
Address performance or conduct issues through appropriate disciplinary actions to uphold company standards
- Support in creating and executing corrective action plans to resolve operational concerns
- Recruit, hire, and train team members to build a competent, diverse, and motivated workforce
- Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations and team success
- Ensure all departments work collaboratively to achieve store goals and optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications:-
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate team members and ensure accountability
- Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check and drug screening
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees, customers, and management
- Solid customer service abilities, including resolving concerns and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance for travel between job sites
